Dispatch Driver Tip Distribution Settings

When you are setting up Dispatch Driver Tip Distribution settings for the first time, all whitelisted delivery service providers (DSPs) are defaulted to send 100% of the order tip to the driver. To change these settings, follow this procedure.

1. Log into Dashboard

2. Click on the Settings button on the left navigation bar

3. Click on Dispatch under the Delivery setting category

4. Select your store or stores (bulk edit is supported)

5. Scroll down to the Driver Tip Distribution settings

NOTE: Only currently enabled/whitelisted delivery service providers will appear

6. Modify the percentage of your order tips that you wish to go to the driver

7. Click Save
