Olo Invoice Reconciliation

Each month, Olo sends out invoices to each location that is active within our systems. There are various line items that can appear on your invoice depending on the billing structure determined by your brand:

Service Edition Fee or OFP-Contracted Platform Fee - Monthly fee, per active location for using the Olo platform (this line item may be called something slightly different, depending on your fee structure)

Order Package Fee - This is used to bill vendors for a set amount of online orders they expect to receive every month, based on the Order Package Size selected 

Note: if you see a second line showing "Order Package Fee", this is the amount of orders that exceeded the allotted amount of included orders based on your current package size. Each order over this threshold is charged at the "cost of additional order" rate.  -- Order Package Review

IMPORTANT: These are example costs, please review your MSA for all pricing details related to your brand’s order package costs per location.

Order Transaction Fee - Price per order if on a flat billing structure for Order Platform

Order with Google Fee - 5% charged on the subtotal of all orders processed via Google enhanced redirect

Dispatch Program Fee, DSP Fee, and DSP Tips - These line items are outlined in the Reconciling Monthly Dispatch Invoices* Help Article

Technology Monthly Fee - Monthly recurring fee, per active location

Billing Service Admin fee/Olo Pay Gateway Fee/Payment Gateway Fee - This is a 1% charge of the total transaction value for all orders placed and processed via Digital Ordering for customers not utilizing Olo Pay

Technology Transaction Fee - Transaction fee, applicable to each order processed by Licensed Applications (which include, without limitation, order processed through Ordering (all hand off modes, including Dispatch), Rails, and Order with Google (all handoff modes, including Dispatch) regardless of whether Olo Pay is used)
