This report provides visibility into how campaigns are created and delivered by dashboard users across your organization. It helps you understand which team members are launching campaigns, the types of actions they are sending, and the total number of members reached by each campaign.
Use this report to:
- Understand how effectively your franchise users are reaching their members.
- Identify which dashboard users are sending campaigns.
- Compare the scale and reach of campaigns by user, campaign type, and action type.
- Track campaign activity and delivery over a selected time period.
- Audit campaign creation and sending behavior across your team.
Filter Options:
- Date Range — Select a date range of up to 31 days for analysis.
- Action Type — Select the campaign action type of Email, Offer or SMS.
Data
- User First Name — The user’s first name.
- User Last Name — The user’s last name.
- User Email — The user’s email address.
- Start UTC Datetime — The campaign start date and time, in UTC timestamp format.
- End UTC Datetime — The campaign end date and time, in UTC timestamp format.
- Campaign Type —
- Action Type — The type of campaign action, which can be Email, Offer, or SMS.
- Campaign Name — The name of the campaign.
- Campaign ID — The unique identifier for the campaign.
- Campaign Creation UTC Datetime — The date and time the campaign was created, in UTC timestamp format.
- Template Name — The name of the template used to create the campaign; blank if no template was used.
- Audience Name — The name of the audience targeted by the campaign.

Audience Count — The number of members sent the selected action type (Email, Offer, or SMS) based on their current favorite store in the selected date range.
FORMULA: Count of Members who were targeted with the campaign, and Action Type they received = selected Action
