Identify members with unusual activity by exporting a list of their transactions over a single day or 7-day period when the transaction count is considered high.
- Single-day analysis highlights members with unusual activity on any single day within the selected week.
- 7-day analysis identifies members with consistently high transaction activity over the entire period.
Filter options:
- 7 Days Ending On — Specify the end date for the 7-day analysis.
- Store Locations — Filter by specific store locations.
- Minimum Txn/Day — Set the minimum number of transactions per day to flag unusual activity.
Data
- Olo Loyalty External ID — Member’s Olo Loyalty external identifier.
- Phone — Member’s unique account phone number.
- Email — Member’s unique account email address.
- First Name — Member’s first name.
- Last Name — Member’s last name.

Loyalty Status — Member’s loyalty status. Options are:
- “Starter” for members who have an entry-level account and have not yet completed their registration.
- “Registered” for member who have a complete and verified account.

SMS Preference — Member’s SMS opt-in preference. Options are
- “Opted In” for opted in to SMS.
- “Opted Out” for opted out of SMS.
- “Waiting for Double Opt In Confirmation” for a member who requested to opt-in and has not yet be confirmed their double opt-in to SMS.
- “Not Yet Requested” for a member who have not requested to opt-in to SMS.

Email Preference — Member’s email op-in preference. Options are:
- “True” for opted in to email.
- “False” for opted out of email.
- Spendgo Join UTC Datetime — The UTC join datetime to the Olo Loyalty Directory.
- Brand Join UTC Datetime — The UTC join datetime to your brand’s program.
- Store ID — The store location associated with the event. In the “Transaction” event, this is the Store ID at which the transaction was made.
- Store Name —The store location associated with the event. In the “Transaction” event, this is the Store Name at which the transaction was made.
- Event Type — The event type, “Transaction” for each member’s transaction event which met the filter criteria.
- Event ID — An optional identifier associated with the event. For a Transaction event, this corresponds to the Transaction ID, which may also be referred to as the “Transaction Number”, “Order Number”, “Check Number”, or another identifier, depending on your point-of-sale system.
- Event Local Datetime — The local datetime of the event based on the associated store.
- Event UTC Datetime — The UTC datetime of the event.
- Event Total — The Transaction total value.
