Signing into Dashboard

Note: Throughout Olo’s larger Dashboard unification project, we will be modifying the login process to enhance security and integration opportunities. If you use an automated software application, you may need to make adjustments to work with the login process outline below. You can reach out to your IT team with any questions

If this is your first time using the Dashboard, you will receive an email from Olo containing a link that brings you to the site. To login do the following:

1. Go to the Dashboard at https://my.olo.com
2. Enter Email Address associated with the account and click Next. Launch Date: May 13th, 2024

2. Enter your password (Email address will be pre-populated from the previous screen)
