If you do experience issues with your Expo device, please provide the following information to your Olo contact.
A: Version number: This is the software version the device is running. The Expo team releases new versions about once a week. Make sure you are on the latest version in order to utilize all features available.
B: Device name: This is the name given to the device during the installation and authentication process. This can also be viewed in Dashboard.
C: Store Location: This displays the vendor that this device is linked to. If more than one vendor is associated with the device, all names will display here.
Finding this information can be done by:
1. Clicking on the menu icon.
2. Click "Need Help?"
