Toast POS: Orders are showing with HOLD in red on the kitchen screen

Description of Issue

All of the Olo orders that are submitted to the POS show as successful but they display with HOLD in larger red letters at the top of the kitchen display. 


The solution is to update the Toast setting Send scheduled orders to kitchen immediately under the "Online Ordering" section of Toast.  If this option is enabled future orders will be fired to the kitchen immediately with the word HOLD on the top of the chit.  If it is disable it will be fired to the kitchen based on toast prep times. 



There are no caveats to this solution.
