How to Identify if a Location has Loyalty Enabled


This walkthrough will show users how to identify if your brand’s location has a loyalty scheme enabled through the Dashboard.

Confirm if the location has loyalty enabled

  • Log in to the Dashboard
    • If you manage multiple brands, ensure you’ve selected the correct brand using the filter functionality at the top right of the screen.
  • Open the Settings section via the sidebar and select Store Settings

  • Select the location you’re interested in and click the green Confirm Store Selection button

  • Click Store Information

  • Scroll down to the Has Loyalty Program field to verify whether the location has a loyalty scheme enabled
