Whats included in your monthly invoice for Dispatch orders?


This article outlines how we invoice Dispatch on your monthly invoices that are generated in the Olo Dashboard every month. 

What do we include in the invoice?

All deliveries in any status will be billed for delivery fees and tips, with the exception of the following:

  • Any delivery that is placed for testing purposes via our "Mock" delivery service provider
  • Any delivery that is canceled by Postmates irrespective of the cancel reason code. No tips and delivery fees are charged.
  • Any delivery that is canceled via Olo through a "System Failure" reason code.
  • Any delivery that is canceled via Olo through a "Scheduling Failure" reason code. 
  • Any delivery that is canceled by the DSP due to communication failure with an "UnableToCreateDelivery" reason code. 
  • Any delivery that is canceled by the DSP due to "Service Over Committed"

The above rules also apply if the DSP fails us to provide the correct status.
