Locating a Vendor ID in the Dashboard

Marketplaces require the Vendor ID in order to successfully onboard a partner location. The Vendor ID is unique to each location within Olo, and is created when a store location is initially on-boarded. The following explains how to locate one of these ID's using the Dashboard.

  1. Log in to the Dashboard at

  2. Click the Settings > Store Settings on the left side of the screen.

  3. Select the desired store(s) from the store selector along the right side of the screen and click Confirm Store Selection.


  4. The Vendor ID will be the last string of numbers at the end of the URL on the Settings Page.



NOTE: Vendor IDs are not the same as the store number provided by the brand during on-boarding.
