Marketplaces require the Vendor ID in order to successfully onboard a partner location. The Vendor ID is unique to each location within Olo, and is created when a store location is initially on-boarded. The following explains how to locate one of these ID's using the Dashboard.
- Log in to the Dashboard at https://my.olo.com.
- Click the Settings > Store Settings on the left side of the screen.
- Select the desired store(s) from the store selector along the right side of the screen and click Confirm Store Selection.
- The Vendor ID will be the last string of numbers at the end of the URL on the Settings Page.
NOTE: Vendor IDs are not the same as the store number provided by the brand during on-boarding.
