Description of Issue:
A coupon applied at checkout will reduce the check, but when it's committed to the store it will fail with the 0xC079 error.
Error Details: System.Exception: Error applying comp xxx amount x.xx for check with ID: xxxxxxx --->
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Exception from HRESULT: 0xC0068079
Confirm the comp has the setting "Enter amount" flagged. If this is not flagged, Olo will not have the ability to communicate the discount amount to Aloha.
- Open CFC and navigate to Maintenance>Payments>Comps
- Locate the comp ID that failed.
- Check the box that reads "Enter amount".
- Refresh POS.
