Objectives:
Resolve "Item not Found" error message caused by Kitchen Message
Solution:
If an "Item Not Found" error message is being generated, but all items in the basket are present in tbl_ItemMaster, the issue may be the setting below in the Orderent.ini file located under C:\IRIS\INI:
- [SPECIAL_ITEMS]
- KITCHEN_MESSAGE=#####
Update the KITCHEN_MESSAGE setting to equal the configured value, then restart the IRIS Services. This should resolve the issue.
