Using the Dashboard is now even easier! We’re excited to partner with WalkMe to bring real-time help and interactive guidance to our customers when and where they need it. WalkMe is a tool recently added to our Dashboard header that helps guide you through various tasks if you’re not sure how to complete them. These walkthroughs are presented through a Dashboard overlay that shows step-by-step instructions. The best part? WalkMe is now live on our Dashboard. The next time you log in, you’ll see a popup window on the homepage with more information about WalkMe and how to get the most out of it.

A: WalkMe is available to use as soon as you log in to the Dashboard, there is no setup required.

A: WalkMe is a completely free feature we’ve added to help make using Dashboard even easier
Q: What walkthroughs are currently available?
A: Walkthroughs are currently available for menu image management support and changing store hours. In the next two months, we will add walkthroughs for coupon support, how to lookup orders, how to do refunds & adjustments, updating vendor settings, running reports, and updating payment details.
Q: What happens if I’m still having problems completing a task?
A: Please view contact information under the Need Help section on the top right area of the Dashboard. One of our support agents will be able to assist you with your issue.
