2015-04-24 16:09:39.0966|WARN|Error trying to login to Aloha
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0xC0068003): Exception from HRESULT: 0xC0068003
Solution:
Confirm that %iberdir%\data\emp.dbf contains the employee ID for both the commit employee (default) and the validation employee (QS only).
Steps:
1) Steps can vary based on SOPs for your brand. Some examples are:
a) Add the employee into CFC > Maintenance > Labor > Employees, save & refresh data > open emp.dbf and confirm the employee is there.
b) Add the employee into NBO as you would any employee, import & refresh > open emp.dbf and confirm the employee is there.
c) Add the employee manually into your seed emp.dbf as you would any employee, save > open emp.dbf and confirm the employee is there.
2) Once confirmed, restart OloAlohaService and allow the interface employee to login.
Caveats:
This article should be applied to both the commit and validation employees.
