Description of Issue:
There is a need to control the availability of items from POS to be properly reflected on Olo.
From your Treatware BO, navigate to the menu item and deselect the flag for the item to be active. When cleared, the item is not orderable on the FOH or via the API (Olo). This will be used by Olo to 86 items and is communicated via the API in real-time.
Users should also use the 86 button in Olo Menu Admin (hidden for some users) to 86 items. However, it's important to note the 86 button in Olo Menu Admin it will override your POS. This means the Olo system will not update automatically if the menu item becomes available in your POS. Olo recommends using only the availability settings in your POS.
