How to Enable
Please reach out to your CSM with your desired Custom Ordering Channel to enable this new filter. Note that, if your Custom Ordering Channel is not already provisioned to receive your Menu, a data waiver may be required.
FAQs
Will my CFE or Custom Ordering Channel need to make any updates for this to work?
No, Menu consumers are not required to make any updates to their integrations. Every provisioned API key is associated with a Client Platform type within Olo. Olo Menu will use this context to infer the query parameter and proactively filter menus based on the API partner that is requesting the Menu via the Ordering API and/or Vendor Export (MES Files). For example, items that are not configured to be visible for a given Client Platform will not be included in the Menu sent to the requester.
