How to Mass Link Google Profiles (formerly Google My Business)

This article assumes the user already has access to the Sync dashboard and relevant Google Profiles. You can learn more about Google’s offering here. 

To make it easier to manage Google Profiles at scale, they can be linked en masse directly within Olo Sync following the below instructions.

Step 1: Navigate to your Sync account and click on the Locations Tab.

Step 2: Within Locations, click on the Import Locations icon.

Step 3: Click on the Import from Google My Business button.

Step 4: Follow the on-screen prompt and select the Google account with access to your Google

Group.

Step 5: A window will popup where the locations in your Google Group are mapped to Sync. Once complete, you can close the popup window.

Step 6: Click the Perform Import button without changing any of the drop down boxes.
