Sync Listings Health

One of the key use cases for Olo Sync is keeping your restaurant’s locations–often referred to as Listings in local search ecosystems–discoverable and optimized across heavily trafficked platforms like Apple, Bing, Facebook, Google, and Yelp. 

The Listings Health feature of Olo Sync enables stakeholders to:

• Identify discrepancies between approved location information in Olo Sync versus listings on supported directories
• Receive guidance on how to resolve publishing issues within your control
• Resolve many issues from a centralized location

Dashboard Overview

The Listings Health dashboard is made up of three primary sections:

• Modules and Tiles: High level callouts related to issue status and fields health.
• Listings Health by Network: Listings health and status by Network (e.g. Google, Yelp, etc.).
• Listings Health by Field: Listings health and status by Field (e.g. address, service hours, etc.).

Modules and Tiles

Located at the top of the Dashboard, there are three actionable modules and two reporting tiles.

Issues Requiring Your Action: The total number of current Listings issues requiring your attention. Clicking the module drills down into a filtered modal to the specific issues that require your action to be resolved.

Drill Down Discrepancy Details

Field Name	Field Description
Location	The location the data relates to, as well as the date and time of the last update to the listing.
Location Detail	The location's internal name and address.
Network	The network the discrepancy is located in.
Field	The name of the field with a discrepancy.
Location Value in Platform	The value stored in Olo Sync. This field will highlight the discrepancy difference in green. Upon click, a modal will open to the Location Edit dialog within the tab that has the discrepancy. The field with an issue will be outlined in orange to be easily identifiable. You can edit location information here and save it without leaving Listings Health.
Network Value	The value on the Network listing. This field will highlight the discrepancy difference in red. Clicking Confirm Value means you accept the value on the Network listing versus what is stored in Sync. Clicking on the Link Out button will take you to the network listing related to the discrepancy in a new tab.
Notes	Notes about the issue and how to resolve it.
Status	The assignment of who will resolve the issue.
Action	Actions you can take to resolve the issue. Clicking X Dismiss Issue means you want Sync to ignore this and will dismiss it from the list.

Issues in Progress: The total number of current Listings issues receiving Olo platform attention. Clicking the module drills down into a filtered modal with notes per issue to provide complete visibility into all issues.

Issues Under Network Review: The total number of current Listings issues receiving attention from the listings Network. Clicking the module drills down into a filtered modal with notes per issue, and if they reoccur and are not an active issue, you can simply Dismiss the discrepancy.

Healthy Fields: A non-clickable tile, it displays the amount of fields that have a matched value with what is syndicating to networks.

Issues Resolved: A non-clickable tile, it displays the number of issues that have been resolved in the last 30 days.

Listings Health by Network

This table breaks down listings health and status at the network-level.

Column Name	Description
Network Name	The name of the network being monitored. Clicking on this cell opens a filtered modal with all found discrepancies within that network.
Healthy Listings	The count of listings without issues among the total listings linked in the network.
Field Health Ratio	The percentage of Healthy Fields without issues among the total Monitored Fields in the network.
Monitored Fields	The total count of fields that are being managed via Sync, which varies by Network.
Healthy Fields	The total count of fields from a network that currently does not have issues.
Requiring Your Action	The total number of current Listings issues requiring your attention. Clicking the module drills down into a filtered modal to the specific issues that require your action to be resolved.
In Progress	The total number of current Listings issues receiving Olo platform attention. Clicking the module drills down into a filtered modal with notes per issue to provide complete visibility into all issues.
Under Network Review	The total number of current Listings issues receiving attention from the listings Network. Clicking the module drills down into a filtered moda with notes per issue, and if they reoccur and are not an active issue, you can simply Dismiss the discrepancy.
