Channel Report: Customer Opt-In

Through the Dashboard, brand managers can download reports to show customers who have opted-in for marketing communication. Any customers that show on this report have created Olo accounts and have checked the box that reads "Send me emails about future deals and features" (please note this text can change based on brand).

Note: If you haven't already activated the ability for customers to opt-in to marketing you can open a Help Center ticket or contact your CSM to get this live.

  • Log in to the Dashboard at

  • Click on the Reports tab on the left side of the screen and then click Channel


  • From here, click Generate Report

  • The report will be created and viewable via the My Reports section where you can download the information
