Dispatch Availability Store Hours

Dashboard users can set up unique Dispatch delivery availability for a store. These hours can be edited separately from regular business hours. 

The Dispatch Availability Store Hours represent the time frame in which a customer may have a Dispatch order delivered. The appropriate fire and pickup times are then determined using the make time of the order items and the transit time provided by the DSP. For example, if your Dispatch hours begin at 10:00am, an order with a 15 minute transit time and 10 minute make time would fire at 9:35 am.

Below are the steps for how to access this setting and customize the timing.

1) Navigate to the Dashboard at

2) Under Settings, select Store Hours

3) Along the top of the screen you will see 
a section with the different hand-off methods available for your store

4) One of the options should be Dispatch Hours. Opening that gives you the ability to customize the Dispatch specific hours for your store.

When stores are initially set up for Dispatch, the hours will mirror the hours setup for Business Hours by default. If you'd like to modify the start or end times for the operating hours, you'll want to click edit for each day you're modifying the hours.
