Mobile Web: Setup Split Payments

Overview

Now brands using our new mobile web interface (mobile web v2) can offer a payment splitting feature to customers across all locations. In order for stores to activate split payment capabilities, they need to allow users to pay with multiple types of payment methods such as gift cards, credit cards and/or cash.

Activating split payment capabilities

In order to set this up for your store please submit a ticket via the Help Center

 

How to use split payments

  1. When the customer gets to the payment screen on mobile web v2 they will first select the initial payment source by clicking “New Credit Card”



  2. Click the “Add Another Payment Source” button



  3. You will see the screen says "2nd Payment Source" at the top. Now you can select the second payment source



  4. You will see the screen says "2nd Payment Source" at the top. Now you can select the second payment source





  5. Once completed you will be taken to the order confirmation screen where you place the split payment order
