The customer facing message can be used as a way to communicate information with your customers. This message lives below the store details and above the menu categories, and supports only text, no HTML may be added.
To edit the customer facing message, follow these steps:
- Login to the Olo Dashboard at https://my.olo.com
- Click on the “Settings” tab on the left side of the screen
- Select "Store Settings"
- Select your store location
- Select store information
- Add text in the Customer Facing Menu Message field
- Save Store Settings
- Message will be live immediately after being saved
