Description of Issue:
Special Instructions via Notes not printing on POS tickets
This issue has been traced to a feature that is available on the POS. Attached is a screenshot of the feature that disables printing notes on a ticket. Whenever a store owner receives an online order they will need to make sure this feature is turned on to print out any special instructions.
Enable Include Notes in Silver Back Office
NOTE: If Silver Pro is not printing, this is not applicable. The only cause for an order not printing in Silver Pro is if there is no Kitchen Group assigned to the item in mystore.ncrsilver.com
