Customer Locations

The Olo Dashboard allows you to map when a user searches your store (from your website) with a zip code.

You might see red dots where your stores are located but it’s a very helpful tool to determine if customers are looking for your store in areas where you don’t have one and help you on the decision making process for further expansion.

This means that every time a customer goes to your site and inputs his/her zip code, the Olo site will register the customer and reflect this on the Locations of Customer Searches sections.

  1. Login to the Olo Dashboard at https://my.olo.com

  2. Click on the “Brand” tab on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click on “Customer Locations”.

  4. A map will pop up with information, and here you can edit certain settings (e.g., the date), change the platform your clients use to look for you (desktop web, mobile web, android, iOS, SMS, Integration or unspecified)., etc.

If you do not see a tab mentioned in our Support site, it is likely because your account does not have that tab activated. If this is the case, please contact your Corporate team for more information.
