In order to view Customer Metrics, follow the steps below:
- Login to the Olo Dashboard at https://my.olo.com
- Click on the “Brand” tab on the left side of the screen.
- Click on “Customer Metrics” within the drop-down list.
Definitions of Customer Types:
New = users that placed an order the same day they registered for their account
Guest = customers that checkout as guest, no registered account. They can be tracked as returning users by their email address
Repeat = users with a registered account who placed an order on a different day from when they created the account
Technically, you can have someone who creates an account today, decides not to place an order and then comes back tomorrow to place that order. They would be marked as a Repeat user even though they've only placed that one order.
